Credit Rebuilder Program — Terms of Service

This agreement is between you (“Client”) and Evergreen Financial Counseling, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (“Evergreen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in the Credit Rebuilder Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Program Overview
The Credit Rebuilder Program is a voluntary credit-building service designed to support individuals recovering from financial hardship. This program is not required by your bankruptcy attorney or the bankruptcy courts.
2. Services Provided
Upon enrollment, you will receive:
- Credit Reporting to all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion, Experian) via Consolidated Capital.
- A Platinum Credit Review after bankruptcy discharge to help identify inaccurate items (Evergreen does not dispute legitimate credit items).
- Free legal support related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
- Consumer protection counsel in relation to FCRA claims.
- Access to “7 Steps to a 720 Credit Score” video course and ongoing updates. Priority access to monthly Q&A sessions for 24 months.
- Involuntary Unemployment Benefit (IUB): Program continues if you lose your job through no fault of your own.
3. Payment Terms
- Set-Up Fee: A one-time $99 setup fee will be charged on your selected enrollment date.
- Monthly Payment: $39 per month for up to 24 months.
- You may select a monthly payment date between the 1st and 14th.
- The first $39 payment will occur within 60 days of the setup fee is charged.
- If no date is selected, your first payment will be drafted upon enrollment, and subsequent payments will occur on the 1st of each month.
- A $25 fee may apply for any returned or failed payment.
4. Credit Reporting Details
- Payments will appear as Consolidated Capital on your credit report.
- Payments will be reported to the three credit bureaus.
- Reporting begins after 90 days of successful on-time payments and includes retroactive data for the first three months.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
- You are eligible for a money-back guarantee only if you follow the program exactly as instructed.
- This program is not a loan, savings plan, or secured account. You will not receive cash disbursements or refunds unless the guarantee criteria are met.
- Payments are not held in escrow and will not be returned after program completion.
6. Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time, for any reason, without penalty.

7. Enrollment and Processing Timeline
- Enrollment may take up to 72 hours to process.
- A “Welcome” email will be sent once your enrollment is active.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email, and add [email protected] to your contacts.
8. Communication and Authorization
By enrolling, you:
- Authorize Evergreen to communicate with you via mail, email, text, and phone.
- Authorize multiple payment attempts if a transaction fails, which may alter the payment end date.
- Certify that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided.
- Agree that electronic or phone communication may be used to confirm any modifications.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the box and submitting your enrollment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any future updates to these terms.
